Realised I enjoyed working with my hands as well as the theory side of engineering in school.
My electronics lecturer made me aware of it, it sounded very interesting as well as potentially adding to my CV.
Biggest achievement would be getting to UK final of Mechatronics. In sport, I won a national medal in rugby.
To complete my training and become a chartered engineer as well as getting a master’s degree in engineering.
To learn different things about myself whilst also in the process, learn how different countries approach my skill. Finish as high as I can at competition and strive to win a medal for UK.
They seem to be very excited and proud whilst also being very hopeful for me.
You would enjoy your work immensely whilst picking up valuable life skills. Go for it!
This will greatly help my future career prospects when applying for jobs. Also meeting new people and making new contacts in the industry.
I’m a guitarist in a band.
